HustleWBalance Studio is looking for a dynamic, innovative team liaison to support the CEO in growing the business and managing the daily administrative workload. In this role, you'll work on hiring to build out the team, assist the CEO in building out a lead and client target generator, and assist in maintaining various channels and platforms. This role is perfect for you if you're someone who wants to build more experience working with startups specifically business development and marketing, gaining more recruiting and sales experience to leverage in your career. You'll excel in this role if you have prior marketing, content creation, recruiting, or sales experience.Job Purpose
To support the CEO and all teams with administrative and operational support, fulfilling the duties described in this job's functions and duties as assigned to help the business function more efficiently. The pay for this role is $16-$20/hr DOE.Key Responsibilities
• Support the CEO with administrative and operational duties as assigned
• Manage the company’s social media account with content management and content creation
• Assist the CEO with building brand awareness and company reputation within California
• Assist the CEO in building up the company’s workflow for the business soft launch
• Manage recruitment efforts through the database posting job ads
• Managing applicants, and submitting qualified leads to the CEO for review
• Draft fundraising campaign, marketing, and advertising initiatives
• Help drive company awareness and target our desired audiences

The team liaison functions as the company’s executive assistant. The person who sits in this role wears all the hats supporting the CEO and department heads within the organization. This is a great role for anyone looking to gain/grow their experience in content creation and management, recruitment and sales, and business development. The team liaison will initially be helping the CEO as their executive assistant and the position will grow as the company expands.Qualifications
1. AA, BA, or High School Diploma
2. Experience working in an office managing team calendar, managing CRM/ATS/HRIS
3. Experience managing email blasts, newsletters, or website content
4. 1+ years of indoor sales experience
5. Social media experience and experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
6. Experience with advertising using Facebook, LinkedIn a PLUS
7. Email marketing and content creation experience a PLUS
8. 1-2+ years experience in recruitment
9. Keen eye for detail and highly organized
